What’s the difference between a photo and a video session?
- Photo sessions are booked by the hour and include access to one of our seven shooting zones. Each zone has a unique setup, and up to six people can be accommodated at a time. Other clients may be using different zones during your session.
- Video sessions provide exclusive access to the entire studio, ensuring no interruptions. This is ideal for music videos, interviews, and projects requiring professional audio recording.
What are your studio hours?
We are open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM. Need an early morning or late-night session? Let us
know in advance—we offer extended hours upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I book a session?

prepayment is required to secure your spot. Need help choosing the right setup? Our team is happy to

Can I customize my shoot?
Yes! Every project is unique, and we can tailor the session to your needs. Whether you need a mix
of different styles, extra equipment, or a specific setup, let us know, and we’ll create the perfect
plan for you.
Can I reschedule my booking?
- No rescheduling fee: Change your session at least 7 days in advance without any extra charge.
- Short-notice changes: Rescheduling within 7 days of your appointment requires a new prepayment to confirm the new date.
How long does it take to receive my photos/videos?
Final edits are ready within 3-5 business days. Need them sooner? We offer expedited
delivery for an additional fee—just let us know your deadline.
Can I bring my pet to the studio?
Yes! Pets are welcome. Please inform us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements for a
smooth experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Full refund: Cancel 7 days before your session for a full refund.
- Non-refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days before will not be refunded.
Do you offer photography outside the studio?
Yes! We provide on-location photography for events, branding shoots, and special projects. Contact
us with details, and we’ll arrange everything for you.
