One video booking takes the whole studio: seven built sets, the 8 × 6 m cyclorama and the full lighting kit.

Commercials and brand films. The cyclorama for clean product and talent shots, the Fashion set for texture and hard light, all lighting included in the hourly rate.

Film and series scenes. Living room, Kitchen, Loft & office and the Private jet cabin are built interiors that read as real locations, with room for a crew, a dolly and a slider.

Does a video booking include the whole studio?

Yes — every video booking reserves the entire studio, all 7 zones (cyclorama, daylight, loft, living room, kitchen, private jet, container), exclusively for your shoot.

Is lighting included in the price?

Yes. The entire lighting kit is included free with every video booking — every continuous LED, strobe, modifier and grip item listed above, at no extra charge. The only consumable is backdrop paper (50 DHS/m).

What is the minimum booking, and are there overnight rates?

Minimum booking is 1 hour. Half-day and full-day tiers are listed above; overnight (10 pm – 8 am) is 5,000 DHS. Check a slot →

Is there parking, and how does load-in work?

Free parking right at the door, and the studio is on the ground floor — carts, cases, light stands and grip roll straight in. No lift, no service corridor, no loading fee.

How far is the studio from Dubai Marina or Downtown?

Can I scout the studio before booking a shoot day?

Can I rent the studio for a YouTube show or a podcast?

Yes for a YouTube show, an interview series or talking-head episodes: the video rate covers the whole studio, and the Loft & office and Living room sets are the usual picks. There is no dedicated podcast setup here (no acoustic treatment, no fixed podcast table), so audio-first shows bring their own audio kit and record with close mics.

Is there a green screen?

Yes, on request. Mention it when you book, and the green screen will be set up for your shoot. The 8 × 6 m white cyclorama is there too when the shot needs a clean white background.

Is the studio sound-treated?

No. The studio is a warehouse space without acoustic treatment. Dialogue is recorded here with close mics (lav or shotgun), the standard setup for interviews and talking heads in a space like this.
