Does a video booking include the whole studio?
It depends on what you book. One zone is 400 AED an hour for up to 8 people, and other teams may work in other zones. The whole studio is 750 AED an hour: all 7 zones (cyclorama, living room, fashion set, kitchen, private jet cabin, loft & office, container) are reserved for your shoot, and only your team works inside.
Is lighting included in the price?
Yes. The entire lighting kit is included free with every booking: every continuous LED, strobe, modifier and grip item listed above, at no extra charge. The only consumable is backdrop paper (50 AED/m).
What is the minimum booking, and are there overnight rates?
Minimum booking is
1 hour. Half-day and full-day tiers are listed above; a full night, 10 pm to 8 am, is
5000 AED for the whole studio and 3000 AED for one zone.
Check a slotCan I rent the studio for a film or commercial shoot?
Yes. Commercials, brand films, shorts and series scenes are shot here: built interiors that read as real locations, the cyclorama for clean shots and the full lighting kit. Rental is self-service, so you bring the camera and the crew, and a studio assistant helps with the lights.
Can I use it as a TV studio for interviews or a talk show?
Yes. Zone 5 has a wall of TV screens you can fill with your own graphics or video from a laptop, plus an executive office for two-camera interviews. Book the whole studio to keep it private. Bring your own microphones: the space has no acoustic treatment.
Is there a green screen?
Yes, on request. Mention it when you book, and the green screen will be set up for your shoot. The
7.5 × 5.5 m white cyclorama is there too when the shot needs a clean white background. More in the

Can the studio be fully blacked out?
On the cyclorama, yes: black curtains close off the whole set, floor included, in about a minute and at no extra charge. If you want daylight instead, the Living room set has 12-metre windows.
Is setup and pack-down time included?
Yes. Your booked hours cover load-in, light setup, the shoot and teardown. There is no separate setup fee.
Is a camera or crew included?
No. It’s a video production studio for rent, not a production company: you get the space, the full lighting kit and a studio assistant on the floor. The camera and the crew are yours, and outside crews are always welcome.
Is the studio sound-treated?
No. The studio is a warehouse space without acoustic treatment. Dialogue is recorded here with close mics (lav or shotgun), the standard setup for interviews and talking heads in a space like this.
Is there parking, and how does load-in work?
Free parking right at the door, and the studio is on the ground floor: carts, cases, light stands and grip roll straight in. No lift, no service corridor, no loading fee.
How far is the studio from Dubai Marina or Downtown?

Can I scout the studio before booking a shoot day?
Yes, come by during studio hours, 09:00–23:00. Message us on
WhatsApp first so the floor is free when you arrive.
Is VAT included?
All listed prices are +VAT (5%).
How big is the cyclorama?
The white infinity cyclorama has a
7.5 × 5.5 m floor and is 5.5 m high. For ceiling height, power and a full tech sheet, message us and we’ll send floor plans.
